Luxury self-catering holiday apartment overlooking Brighton Marina. Particularly suitable for families and small groups.

The apartment has a bright lounge and dining area with French windows and balcony overlooking the harbour.

The main bedroom has a double bed and adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom, with two large single beds, has its own en-suite shower room. The separate kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge, washer/dryer and microwave. Finally, there is an allocated parking space. This apartment is on the first floor and there is no lift.

For entertainment at home, there is a TV, video player and DVD player in the flat. There are some family videos to enjoy but you will need to bring DVDs. Broadband internet is included.

We use a small firm of letting agents based in Brighton Marina to manage all our bookings - they make sure the flats are cleaned, hand over keys etc. The agents charge an administration fee of £30 plus VAT for their services and also collect a Damage Deposit of £200. This Damage Deposit is, of course, returned in full provided the flat is left in good condition. The flats are cleaned before guests arrive and beds made with fresh linen. Guests normally bring their own towels. When you book, the agents collect £100 to secure the reservation with the balance due 6 weeks before you come to Brighton.
