This apartment is on the ground floor and was built to provide disabled access with wide doors and hallway. Well behaved dogs are most welcome.

Please note there are no water views from this apartment but it less than a one minute walk to the stunning water views in the inner and outer harbours of Brighton Marina. Shopping facilities are a very short walk away in the Marina Village and the bus into central Brighton runs every 7 minutes.

We use a small firm of letting agents based in Brighton Marina to manage all our bookings - they make sure the flats are cleaned, hand over keys etc. The agents charge an administration fee of £30 plus VAT for their services and also collect a Damage Deposit of £200. This Damage Deposit is, of course, returned in full provided the flat is left in good condition. The flats are cleaned before guests arrive and beds made with fresh linen. Guests normally bring their own towels. When you book, the agents collect £100 to secure the reservation with the balance due 6 weeks before you come to
Brighton.
