Luxury holiday apartment, or short term corporate let, overlooking the restful waters of Brighton Marina.

The apartment has a bright lounge and dining area with two windows overlooking the harbour. The corner balcony faces East and South, with chairs on the balcony to sit and enjoy the sunshine over breakfast or drinks with friends in the evening.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom, across the hallway from the family bathroom, has a double bed. The separate kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge, washer/dryer and microwave. Finally, there is an allocated parking space. This apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift.

For entertainment at home, there is a TV and DVD player in the flat. Broadband Internet is available for a small fee.

We use a small firm of letting agents based in Brighton Marina to manage all our bookings - they make sure the flats are cleaned, hand over keys etc. The agents charge an administration fee of £30 plus VAT for their services and also collect a Damage Deposit of £200. This Damage Deposit is, of course, returned in full provided the flat is left in good condition. The flats are cleaned before guests arrive and beds made with fresh linen. Guests normally bring their own towels. When you book, the agents collect £150 to secure the reservation with the balance due 6 weeks before you come to Brighton.
