A bright studio room with French windows leading onto the waterside balcony with spectacular views over Brighton Marina. Upstairs, the mezzanine level houses the main sleeping area with a king-size bed.

The galley kitchen, ideal for making snacks and light meals, contains a hob, combination microwave oven and fridge. Free parking is available in the multi-storey car park, a few minutes walk away. TV with digital channels and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment. Broadband Internet is available for a small fee.

This studio is accessed via the east pontoon of Brighton Marina and, being on the water - quite literally - the views of the boats and the water are spectacular. It's a wonderful base for a fun-packed week in Brighton.

Shopping facilities are a very short walk away in the Marina Village and the bus into central Brighton runs every 7 minutes.

We use a small firm of letting agents based in Brighton Marina to manage all our bookings - they make sure the flats are cleaned, hand over keys etc. The agents charge an administration fee of £30 plus VAT for their services and also collect a Damage Deposit of £100. This Damage Deposit is, of course, returned in full provided the flat is left in good condition. The flats are cleaned before guests arrive and beds made with fresh linen. Guests normally bring their own towels. When you book, the agents collect £100 to secure the reservation with the balance due 6 weeks before you come to Brighton.
